FilmTailor AI is an early stage startup based in the UK. They are on a mission to revolutionize productivity in the Film, TV, and Theatre production departments. They had an initial business plan and were looking to build an MVP in order to get seed funding and start developing the product.

1. Before

• Business plan and rough concept about the features and what the MVP should do.

• Basically a great but fuzzy idea.

2. What I did

Main features definition

Understanding the Unique Value Proposition and figuring out the "Must have features" for the MVP was the first thing I did. By doing this, we ensured that we have a clear roadmap and focus on our strengths.

MVP Design

Using the business plan as a starting point, I was able to craft a UI Design for the main features of the MVP and work hand in hand with the development team to build a first version of the product.

Web Design and Development

I designed and developed a landing page that was able to share the unique value proposition of FilmTailor AI in a compelling way. This allowed the team to communicate and share the idea and vision with future users, investors, costumers and partners.

Pitch Deck and Product Demo

With this, we were able to present the problem and solution in a concise way, showcase the market opportunity and business model, outline financial projections and funding needs, and showcase the MVP in a very graphic way.

Clear value proposition and product roadmap

First place at AI Forge Collective Pitch Competition (Incubator Program)

Secured £6k investment and multiple meetings with possible seed funding investors.
